Creating Space

Move and breath together - bring a sense of connection to your body and mind with your breath as the conductor. Take your time, feel, move and connect as you create space to just be in the moment! Enjoy xx

Connect to your breath through movement and allow some time to step out of the day to bring yourself back down to earth. You can even do this at the dinner table! Be inventive with your time so that you can throw in some self reset moments into your day. Enjoy xx

This is a great gentle movement that not only creates space in the lower back and hips but has a gentle flowing motion that is soothing. Enjoy in the morning or evening and see the effect it has on your body & mind. Allow some time to flow and start or finish your day with some personal love and space. Enjoy xx

Side Movement is something we can forget about but man it is an awesome one to incorporate into your day and helps your lungs, hips, lower back - and you know if just feels tingling good. Find space in the movement and breath - especially when leaning to the side. Awesome, enjoy xx
